DeltraKravek AB is an authorized process serving company approved by the County Administrative Board and is the leading private alternative in Sweden, with a turnover of approximately 50 million SEK and good profitability. We have a nationwide organization comprising around 150 approved process servers. Our headquarters is located in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. Our clients include energy companies, debt collection agencies, government authorities, real estate companies, and law firms.

We are now seeking a Process Server for part-time work in the Gävle district. This role may be particularly suitable if you are a recent retiree.

Your personal qualities

• You are organized, responsible, service-oriented, outgoing, and possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• You are a representative man or woman with personal maturity. Recent retirees may be particularly well-suited for this assignment.

• You have a strong ability to interact with people in a trustworthy manner.

Requirements and prerequisites

A driver's license and access to your own car are mandatory. A computer and mobile phone are also required as much reporting is done via the internet.

Previous experience is not strictly necessary but is considered an asset. Experience in debt collection or experience interacting with people in difficult situations is also advantageous. If you are already an approved process server, this is a plus.

We provide both practical and theoretical training.

Work location and duties

You should reside in or near central Gävle or its southern suburbs, as the district covers surrounding areas. The exact boundaries may change in the future.

The role of a process server involves independently locating private individuals and businesses. When the recipient is found, documents are handed over against a receipt. Working as a process server is free, independent, and varied. The work is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, although daytime work also occurs. You plan your own working hours, but in some cases, a task may require immediate action, so flexibility is required.

Other requirements

A clean background is a requirement, as your suitability is also assessed by the County Administrative Board. This means no debts with the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden) and no entries in the criminal record register. Naturally, you must not be subject to search orders for process serving.
